Meet Our Physicans and Staff

The Cardiovascular Institute boasts a cohesive multidisciplinary Advanced Heart Failure Team comprising specialists from medical and surgical disciplines, nursing, social work and financial support, cardiac rehabilitation, pharmacy, immunopathology testing and biomedical engineering.

All patients referred for an evaluation receive a thorough interview with various members of the multidisciplinary team. Specialized nurse coordinators work closely with each patient to provide individualized care that meets the needs of each unique patient.
